Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction of IT professionals

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed

• Coordinate training, appraisals, and performance management processes

• Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

• Manage HR operations and compliance with labor laws

 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field

• 0-1 years of HR experience (IT industry preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of HR software/tools and current labor laws

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

MBA in Hr or Related Fields
